This is my favorite picture from the whole year. I have a framed print hanging in my office.

Emily and I stumbled upon a large group of bull elk in Rocky Mountain National Park early one winter morning right before sunrise. While I stood outside and froze, these four began to move along and presented an incredible scene. The colors were gorgeous, and I hope I’ve captured that.
